What Causes Tightness In The Chest While Taking A Deep Breath?

I am having tightness of the chest that increases while trying to take a deep breath. I have been to the chirographer to make sure my ribs weren t out of place. I have also taken two hits off a asthma inhaler (I don t even have asthma). This started two weeks ago, I had the chest pain for about a week then it faded away and is know back today. Any thoughts? Or suggestions I can do to help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Such pain can be pain in thorasic cage...weakness due to calcium or vitamin D deficiency/fracture/muscle pain or lung congestion /inflammation/infection/asthma(with weezing)
You need consultation&needful investigations for pin pointing diagnosis & specific treatment.
Till then you can try with over the counter pain medicine with needful antibiotic./decongestant coughsyrup/regular puffs of beonchodilaters if you have asthma.
Thanks.
