What Causes Tightness In Chest?
For the past week I have had a tightness in my chest. Burping will make it subside, but activity can bring it on. I am 50 y/o 6 2 , 340lbs. I ve been using Pepto Bismol which is providing relief but this cant be a heart attckm can it? For a week?

Many a time cardiac ailment can give symptoms of having some stomach problem.
So it is advisable to go for cardiac check up like EKG, cardiac enzyme test to rule out any cardiac problem.
