What Causes Tightness In Chest Along With Tiredness And Fatigue?
Thank you. I am having a few things happening and I do not want to get all worked up if it is nothing serious. I am having cold chills, a tight chest, very tired and fatigue, a little bit of dizziness but I thought this could be from my high blood pressure. I am on medicine for the high blood pressure. Also a sharp pain in my right arm a couple of times. thought this could be nerve stuff. Do you think this is serious?

As per your query your wife have tightness in chest along with tiredness and fatigue. Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition like atrial fibrillation , angina , acid reflux or sinusitis and chest congestion . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay for proper diagnosis , because it can lead to heart failure and rule out causes like stress and anxiety , muscle spasm and nerve dysfunction . Doctor may order certain test like ECG and examine with stethoscope . Doctor may prescribe treatment for restoring your ventricular rate. Beta blockers, like Atenolol, Carvedilol, furosemide, and others can slow the heart rate. Calcium channel blockers, such as Diltiazem and Verapamil, are another class of drug used to slow the beating of the ventricles . Doctor may also prescribe antiemetic drug or may refer you to gastroenterologist for acid reflux and ENT specialist for ear problem . For now take proper rest and do not exert your body .
