What Causes Tightness And Phlegm In Throat?

Male (50). Throat feels tight. Hairs from shaving (probably wrong direction) are ingrown. Several areas below the chin, hairs will not grow. This has been going on for some time. A little bit of phlegm in my throat but hard to get it out. I have a badly deviated septum, and it's harder to breath lately.

Dear most common cause causes phlegm in throat due to infection like sinusitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis etc.. If any where infection the body natural mechanism to wash the pathogen or allergen so it secret mucous. First we treat causative agent by antibiotics like tab. Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day for 5days, tab. Moterleukast and levocegrizine at night, mucoltics are useful like tab. Ambroxal or mucinac twice a day. Avoid allergen, avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Water vapor inhalation thrice a day. If still symptoms persist please consult your doctor.
