What Causes Tightness And Pain In The Sternum, Arm Numbness And Breathing Difficulty?

With exercise, I get tightness & pain in the sternum, numbness in right arm, both sides of the neck tightens and extreme shortness of breath. At earlier stages, my legs would go numb. Also getting hard to sleep on my back-pressure around my heart, BP climbs. Tried inhalers to no Avail I sleep with a Cpap. Condition has progressing for years Any thoughts?

In cardiac angina case shortness of breath and other symptoms present. Consult a physician for further diagnosis.

Auscaltation examination is helpful for diagnosis.

Complete blood cell count, chest x ray and triglyceride level helpful for diagnosis.
