What Causes Tightening In Throat,tunneling Of Vision And Black Out?

I have a peculiar feeling (somewhat like a tightening but feels somehow hormonally related) in my throat then a rush in my head that is almost cause for a black out. This vision change (tunneling like) clears relatively quickly, yet leaving a sensation in my head which feels like a tightening. The sensation feels hormonal somehow and my face gets a kind of almost tingling during its occurrence. I feel a change in vision which quickly clears. I have gone carefully through your concern.
To get an idea about the cause of your symptoms i would suggest you to do some blood tests and of course a detailed clinical examination.
-A full blood count and ESR
-TSH, FT4
-Electrolytes (Na,K,Cl,Mg)
-Calcium and VitD
-AST,ALT
