What Causes Ticklishness To The Soles Of Feet To Stop?

I was always very ticklish, especially on the soles of my feet. All of a sudden, I noticed that I am barely ticklish any more. I still feel the touch to my skin and pain like heat, cold or itch. I had taken propranolol for over 10 years to prevent migraines but I stopped taking that 3 months ago and this has still not returned. I thought because this medication has a stronger effect on the central nervous system that it may have had some kind of effect on the nerve impulses. Any ideas on what caused this and what to do about it?

Hi..welcome to HC magic..
Your symptoms might be due to sudden propranolol withdrawal. since you have used the drug for a long time and stopped it abruptly, it can lead to certain non specific symptoms such as tingling, numbness.
Second possibility might be due to other cause like diabetes, hypertension and anemia.
To consider aother things, i would recommend you to visit a physician for best diagnosis.
all the best..
