What Causes Ticking Sound In The Ear At Nights Along With Dizziness?

I went to bed on Thursday night and heard this tinking sound in my left ear every so often. Yesterday felt sick to my stomach. Last night same sound in ear. Today very dizzy. Could the ear noise cause my dizziness? No pain in ear and no sound during the day. How can I stop feeling dizzy?
