Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM

Many causes for chest pain?? Are you sure your feeling throbbing pain from esophagus only???

Any way your suffering from acid reflex this is common reason for pain but few other causes are esophageal spasm, and Achalasia.

Take tab. Nexium with empty stomach and avoid spicy foods.
Frequent less quantity meals.
Head end elevation during sleeping

You have to be evaluated for the causes lead to chest pain.
Consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
