Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that you have generalized sensitivity of teeth that can be due to Dentinal
Hypersensitivity..
Dentinal Hypersensitivity leads to opening up of the
nerve endings present over the teeth due to loss of tooth minerals and irritation of nerves causes sensitivity and throbbing..
I would suggest you to limit the intake of extremely hot and
cold foods..
Use desensitizing toothpastes over the teeth, you can apply and leave for a few seconds and then brush your teeth with same toothpaste..
Use for 15 days and observe the improvement..
In case if there is improvement you can discontinue the use of desensitizing toothpaste for ten days and continue again for 15 days..
In case of no improvement consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
