What Causes Throbbing Pain On Putting Weight On Left Leg?

I was practicing a six o clock, which is just a split in the air with on foot on the ground and another over your head. I was practicing on a wall and something in the back of my upper left leg made a very loud pop/grinding noise. I can still walk, however I can't put my weight on my left leg. It is currently a throbbing pain. What might I have done?

Hi
You havent mentioned which part of you leg eg knee hip etc.
The click which you heard might be probably of your knee i suspect.
You need to have x ray done.
Wear a long knee brace do ice application for a week and if pain does not subside in a week then get an mri of knee done to see the meniscus status generally the symptoms which you have is in meniscus tear.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
