What Causes Throbbing Pain In The Left Arm While Having Anxiety And Insomnia?

I have been having this weird squeezing throbbing pain in my left arm for about 2 hours now. I am only 25 and I have an anxiety disorder but have been having wired moments and insomnia for the past few weeks. Could I be having a heart attack or just my anxiety is getting worse?

HI, no u don't have any heart attack related problem. u have severe anxiety which get worsen and after that u have increase vagal discharge which increase your pain sensitivity. leads to excessive pain in your arm. just start tab.pexep cr(12.5) 0-0-1 with tab.clonotril(0.5) 1/2-1/2-1 for your anxiety.
