ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi
this throbbing symptom in your right side of neck can be due to some vascular problem wherein ther can be some problem in the neck vessels carrying blood.
i would suggest you to visit an ent specialist and he might tell you to do MRI with angiogram.
so seek proper examination of your neck and get it sorted.
regards
