What Causes Throat Tightness, Breathlessness, Lightheadedness, Groin Area And Chest Spots?

i have 2 things my throat feels like it tightens up sometimes and i wake up in the middle of the night cuz i can not breathe but it makes me feel lightheaded and it scares me sometimes so its interfeering with my job and life i also have light brown skin spots on my groin area and my chest those are the two worst spots i have them

Some risk factors for this condition include: overweight, male gender, hereditary, smoking and age greater than 65 years. Management consists of:
Lifestyle changes (quitting smoking, avoiding alcohol, caffeine, sedatives and sleeping pills, maintaining regular sleeping hours, sleeping on your side, elevating the head of your bed, opening nasal passages with nasal dilators, saline spray or breathing strips)
Medical (treating underlying disease, using supplemental oxygen while your sleep or breathing devices) or
Surgery
I would suggest you first of all try life style changes and see if it can work.
