What Causes Throat Pain, Sneezing, Tightness In The Chest, Cough And Excessive Sweating?

I have tightness in my chest, cough and sweating off and on when I lie on my stomach my chest is tender to the touch. I hv been taking severe couch and cold medicine. Sneezing and pain in throat when sneezing . I think I need to go and get a chest X-ray

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have throat pain, sneezing, tightness in the chest, cough and excessive sweating . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like lung infection , drug overdose , transient ischemic attack , influenza or sinusitis . The symptoms can also occur due to condition like hyperthyroidism , so consult endocrinologist if condition doesn't get better . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis . Doctor may take history and order blood test to rule out viral infection . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with anti viral , antipyretic and may also refer you to cardiologist in case of any cardiac problem. Keep yourself calm and do not exert yourself.
