What Causes Throat And Tongue Pain With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Been having pain in my throat/neck/base.of.tongue.achy.pain.not.sore.throat..i have swollen lymph nodes few weeks ago was.given.antibiotics but did not help much..but now the pain seems to be.getting worse.also hurt more when i get.anxious and my blood pressure goes up..ithought maybe throat cancer,a tumor or a blood clot.i am verg.worried about it.should i go to emergencu room immedietly?

pain behind the tongue could be due to lingual tonsil or some extending infection from throat or from esophagus.


you need laryngoscopy procedure to see the depth and extent of infection, for that you need to visit an ent surgeon.
