Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query you have throat ache on the left side which seems to be due to tooth infection in left quadrant area which could be due to viral pharyngitis or Eustachian tube blockage.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you take anti-inflammatory medications such as Aleve for times being for throat-ache. Do warm saline gargles and do not eat spicy food. Your symptoms will resolve in 3-4 days. If symptoms keep on persisting visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon once and get it examined and start treatment after proper examination and prescription.

Go for an x-ray of the left tooth region along with blood tests and throat swab test as well. Take the light diet and drink plenty of fluids and have proper rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
