What Causes Thin Tissue And Blister Formation On Knee After An Abrasion?

Hi there, I feel about 2 months ago and skinned my knee pretty badly. The scab had come off, but the scar tissue was still there (darker red). Now, it seems that the tissue there is very thin and becomes a blister after running or a hot shower. Is this normal for a 27 y/o or should I be concerned?
