What Causes Thin Mass In Eye Along With Redness?
Half of my right eye is beet red with sort of a slimy mass that moves when I pull my eye toward my ear and then slides back toward iris when I let go. My eye feels irritated and I think my vision is a I bit decreased. Is this an emergency type thing or can I wait and go to eye Dr on Monday? I ve had this since last night.

From history it seems that you might be having fallen some foreign body in your eye giving rise red swollen sclera and irritation.
You should go to ER as if FB is affecting cornea it might produce corneal ulcer.
Do not try to rub affected eye.
Ok and take care.
