What Causes Thick White Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain While On Susten?

my wife has undergone iui on 24/07/2015 and 25/07/2015. then as per doctor s prescription she has been continuing taking susten vt 200mg vaginal insert. Day1 only white milky vaginal discharge starts with severe backpain & light lower abdominal pain, with excessive formation of saliva on mouth. What do these mean ?1) What was your wife s LMP? Ans: 13/07/2015 2) Is she having primary infertility or she had any issues before? Ans: Primary infertility with Endo cyst 3) What were the medications given for Ovulation? Ans: Before IUI some injections and Folic acid tablets post lunch 4) How many times was IUI previously done? Ans: 1st Time

Hi,

Progesterone causes changes in the vaginal discharge. Brownish or whitish vaginal discharge can occur commonly with the use of Progesterone. Abdominal cramps or pelvic pain can also occur with the drug. Your wife can continue the drug. These symptoms usually reduce in the subsequent days. In case the symptoms are severe, it is essential to discuss other options with your doctor.
