hi,
I understand your concern.
An unprotected sex 1 week ago- even if causing conception can not cause bloating /cramps so early. I feel it's a sign of pelvic inflammation/ vaginal infection-
May be -previously existing infection had exacerbation after sex/recently caught sexually transmitted disease.
- I would advise for internal examination by a gynecologist and start with specific treatment for your complaint.
-Even precum has sperms which can impregnate a woman. So treatment of infection is important from possible pregnancy point of view too.
The pregnancy can be detected by blood HCG testing after about 3 weeks of sex.
Thanks.
