General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Thick milky mucous coming of nose is due to mild infection of sinus. If you don't have fever and throat symptoms, then you need not worry about I much.
Kindly do salt water gargling twice daily.
Take mucolytic syrup containing Ambroxyl.
Do steam inhalation twice a day.
Once the mucous liquifies and drains out completely, you would be relieved of such symptoms.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
