General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi..welcome to healthcare magic...the urge to pee frequently with only small amount of urine passing along with pain in the pelvis indicates urinary infection. you can start taking antibiotics like cephalosporins or fluoroquinolones for 5 days. meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids and maintain good genital hygiene.
hope this helps.
