What Causes The Sinking Feeling In The Chest?

hi i am 17 years old and just recently i got this sinking feeling in my chest. I feel like my heart is skipping one beat and this occurs to me a few times during the day and has been going on for a week now. Is this something i should be worrying about ? I've also never had this happen to me before

This can be due to Anxiety or this can be due to rhythm disturbances. Please go to a cardiologist once and explain him. He will examine you and can guide you correctly.
