What Causes The Pain In-between The Stomach And Chest?
Hi, My Son 11 years old got hit by cricket leather ball while playing, in between the stomach and chest. There is no wound nor marks visible. There is no swelling also. Now after 2 days he is telling he feels very much pain and refuses to have food also. He is not able sleep. We have applied Releif Spray to the effected area, but also no improvement. What could be done?
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
With the history of trauma to the part, and increasing pain with withdrawal from food, I would advise you to take him to the nearest ER room for a physical examination and necessary investigations like an ultrasound abdomen for proper management. It might not be possible to advise on his condition simply by the history.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
