What Causes The Left Testicle To Hang Low?

Hello doctor,
2 years ago my testis were not same level,left testicle hangs lower than the right,I went to doctor he tested and said you have hydrocele in the left testicle and did operation 1 year ago,after 1 year of operation still my left testicle hangs lower than the right one with little pain.what are the causes for that?
