What Causes The Intermittent Appearance Of A Cyst In Throat?
my daughter has a cyste on her throat which has been treated with antibiotics and it comes and goes, its a sort of thread that connects to the under part of her tongue I think ,we re in italy so understanding is sometimes hard. it may need an op but this sounds difficult and we re waiting to hear from them. she is 17.
The recurrent cyst could be related to a local persistent infection or crypts (related to chronic infections). For this reason, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam. She may need surgery to help avoid the recurrence of this cyst.
