What Causes The Feeling Of Obstruction In Nose And Light Headedness?
There are times when I feel like there is something blocking air at the bridge of my nose and i'm not getting air in. I then start to feel lightheaded. I've seen and ENT and there is nothing structurally wrong with my sinuses. I've been tested for allergies and there is nothing too bad there either (food and environmental). The only thing showing up on tests is low vitamin D (14). They gave me a nasal steroid and an anti-histamine. Is there anything else I can do? It is starting to give me anxiety.
