What Causes The Feeling Of Bloating And Low Appetite?

For the awhile I have been having some stomach trouble especially in the late afternoon and evening. I star to feel bloated and like I am going to throw up. Then it is gone in the morning. I am trying to make sure to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated but that doesn t seem to help. I am also not eating too much. In fact I really don t have an appetite. Any ideas why this is happening and what can I do to fix this?

age?history of onset of present symptoms? did you undergo endoscopy or held any test for H.pylori infection?

nevertheless, you follow following steps:
1. eat fresh food and avoid canned food and junk food.
2. eat fruits everyday especially those rich in vitamin C
3. avoid red meat, oily food and spicy food and AVOID all sort of commercial beverages ( soft/cold drinks )
4. decrease salt intake
5. increase fiber-rich food in your diet
6. never eat mouth full and chew the food well whilst lips zipped
7. avoid drinking water at the end of a meal. drink warm water in the beginning or middle.
