I would like to know why my menstrual cycle is so different each month? Well no so much as different but some times I bleed for 7days and some times I spot for 2 weeks, they have become heavy at times to the point that I feel I must sit on the toilet as pads just are not enough. some times big clots some times not. Some time pain sometimes not. mood swings are bad. bloating, my stomach looks like I am 6mth pregnant. I have had my tubes tide 26yrs ago. sex hurts, the list just goes on, what should I do?
