Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand from your query that you are having pigmentation on your face. This could be melasma.

Lomela cream should not be used for more than 6 weeks without doctor's supervision.

Once the pigmentation reduces, you can continue with the sunscreen like sunban every 4 hours in the day time.

At bedtime, use a cream containing 2 % kojic acid on the pigmented patches.

You could get glycolic acid based peels done by a dermatologist.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
