I have what appears to be blisters on the palm of my hand that show up in a cluster. It is not painful but is sore if my hand comes in contact with things. These also show up on my fingers as one here and there. This has just started in the past 2 weeks.
Hi. As per your case history you are having pompholyx. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
