What Causes The Aortic Valve To Shrink?

I take xarelto, and this past Tuesday during a routine heart exam, EGC, my heart rate was 39. ECHO gram was scheduled that afternoon. Doctor called and wants to see me this Monday. The ECHO showed my Aorta valve was smaller than a ECHO performs in 2012? I had stroke in 2015. facing surgery?
