What Causes Testis Swelling?

Hello sir,i have a swelling in my left testis for last 3 years,i have not faced any pain or complications till now and its size is constant. I had not consulted the doctor till now and i don't know whether it is a hydrocele or any other such sort of thing, but i am feeling little bit of heaviness now. what should i do now ?

Thanks also for a good understanding. IF the light is passing through to give a glow in a dark-room- this is most probably a hydrocele and you can plan surgery whenever you want.
If the light does not pass through, it may be a tumor/ cancer..
The best way is to get an ultrasonography done to see what is it inside the scrotum that is causing all the problem.

Surgery as per the findings of ultrasonography,
Go ahead , no need to waste time, get an early diagnosis and a proper surgical treatment ....
