What Causes Testicular Swelling?

Hello, I'm experiencing testicular swellings, I don't know if there coming from my varicoceles or epidydmal cysts? I also experience the swelling whenever I have activity such as running, basketball, and even when I have to use the restroom (number two).. What do you think this is from?

I understand your concern
Swelling in testis could be due to
Hydrocele, Vericose vein of testis, Hernia, Epididymitis, Cyst of epididymis
Physical examination an stress test must be done by consulting your physician.
Other tests that will help you
Blood: CBC, ESR, USG scan/color doppler pelvis
Treatment will depend on specific cause.
