What Causes Testicular Pain While On Therapy After Decompresive Laminotomies, Medical Facetecomy And Aminotomy?
Had a left L4-S1 and L4-5 decompresive hemi laminotomies, medical facetecomy and foraminotomy as well as an L5-S1 diskectomy 4 months ago. Was in an accident 8 weeks ago. Began physical therapy 3 weeks ago. Since beginning pt, have been having sever testicular pain, primarily in left testicle but does go to the right after activity. Should I go to the emergency room?

Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Conus Medullaris compression injury before and after accidental event.
The testicular pain seems to be from L1 compression which lie outermost in conus medullaris compression syndrome- which you had before / after accidental events.
CT scan with contrast of the lower spine from L1 till S-1 would fix its cause.
second opinion from Orthopedic surgeon would resolve its exact cause and treatment accordingly.
