What Causes Testicular Pain And Frequent Urination While Having Borderline Onset Diabetes?

Hi there. My husband has been having testicular pain for the past few weeks. He says that sometimes it feels like it radiates down his leg, or towards his lower back. Just today he has has frequent urination. "5xs in 1 hour"
No pain associates with the actual urination, but still testicle pain. He's worried! He has recently been prescribed Wellbutrin for depression, and was told he is borderline adult onset diabetic!
