What Causes Testicular Pain After An Airplane Journey?

Can flying cause pain in testicles? Travelling last week and noticed a dull ache in my balls after the first flight but coming home the pain was much worse after the flight. Flew home late Friday, pain peaked by Monday but seems to be easing now. Could the flight have caused this?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Usually, flight traveling does not lead to such problems as per my opinion

It could be mild orchitis like condition.

Provide history of burning urination, if present.

USG scan can be done for further work up.

Anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed, If needed after examination.
