What Causes Testicles Rash With Hardness And Thickness?

Hi, my I got out of the shower about an hour ago and a rash appered on my balls, i didnt itch it but it was so fustrating. Later on the rash was wet and the left side of my balls got thicker and harder near the top, then i got a rash from the front of my penis trailing down to my balls i have no idea what it is!.

Hi.
The appearance of the redness, rash, swelling and so on as you have pointed on the scrotal skin and the penis after taking a shower indicates that there is allergic reaction to something, can be a new soap or something that you applied.
IF not so, then this is an angioneurotic edema and needs antihistamine and steroid medication.
Surely, consult a Dermatologist.
