What Causes Testicle Tenderness And Swelling After Masturbation?

Hi I have recently noticed that my Right testicle is swollen and very tender to touch after masturbation. After a shower seems to feel better and as day goes on pain is gone. Pain returns a few min after masturbating. Also testes seem to move up out of ball sack during sex. this is painful if partner is on top comes down to hard I have to push them down during intercourse

I understand your concern.
Testicular swelling and pain what you are noticing after masturbation or having intercourse could be due to inflammation of testis or epididymis.
There could be a possibility of presence of infection along with it.
Kindly get a urine routine examination to look for urinary tract infection and get a testicular ultrasound scan to know for the presence of infection.
You may need to take a course of oral antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory analgesic medication to overcome the same.
Also, during this period while you are on medication, you need to abstain from sexual activities.
It would be ideal for you to space the frequency of masturbation and having intercourse to avoid such problems in future.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management.
