Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Post-Varicocelectomy left-prostatitis with urethritis?inter/ intra/post operative infection with Chlamydia? The post-operative pain in testes while ejaculation occurs,indicates the related tract infection in post-operative period.Or/ it could be due to the engorged varicocle left out veins, which were silent to deal with the venous drainage from the testes, but later on developed insufficiency ,causing testicular engorgement and hence pain while ejaculation. These reasons need to be investigated with Color doppler study on left spermatic cord and USG of left testes. Ligase Chain Reaction(LCR Test on urine) -for Chalmydia would fix any accompanying infective cause in your case. Only after this assessment from your Urologist, you could take decision regarding your fruitful marraige and life there after.
