What Causes Terrible Stomach Pain, Bloating And Abdominal Pain?

I have been having terrible stomach pain. whenever I eat or drink anything my stomach bloats and gets pain in the upper abdomen and in my back within 15 minutes. Now I am leaking stool. My doctor has scheduled a colonoscopy and endoscopy. what could this be?
