What Causes Tension Headaches And Fatigue?
For the last week, since Sunday night, I have had what feels like a tension head ache that comes and goes. I have also felt fatigue the whole time. And it feels like my whole body hurts. I have taken medicine for my head ache but it hasn’t stopped it. And I just had a baby 3/29/18 and I have the Mirena iud implanted 5/18/18. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Tension headache is associated with underlying stress and is usually of mild to moderate intensity. It doesn't increase by physical activity and can be present anytime of the day.
Taking medication for headache will be a symptomatic approach and will not take care of the root cause of your headache. There are good medication available to take care of stress induced headache. Consult for any help required.
