What Causes Tendonitis In The Supraspinatus Tendon And Rotator Cuff Tear?

Got these MRI results back : Good or bad? I need a little more explaining of what is going on with my right shoulder. 1.abnormality in the region of the anterior/superior glenoid is felt to represent a torn superior glenohumeral ligament with a string sign and no definite superior labral tear is noted. 2. there is mild tendinosis or tendinopathy in the distal supraspinatus tendon without a partial or full thickness rotator cuff tear.
