Hello,
Tenderness of spine along with weakness may be due to excessive wear & tear, exhaustion, spine dysfunction like
slipped disc, sciatica, OA,
muscle strain, neurological problem, etc.
You are suggested to stay active, lose weight if obese, do regular walking & exercises but do not overstrain yourself.
Take home made well balanced food rich in minerals, vitamin B6, B12,
folic acid, etc. You can also take supplements.
To ease discomfort you can take muscle relaxants or
analgesic, one sos after food when required.
You can get gentle massage done, warm compression or packs may help. However, since you are having difficulty in climbing stairs or walking uphill you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP to rule out OA, RA, developing neuropathy, slipped discs or sciatica, etc.
You will have to get blood tests,
urinalysis & imaging tests done to get a detailed study. You will be treated accordingly.
