What Causes Tenderness In The Chest After Rolling?
Good afternoon Doc, Recently I was rolling (Jiu jItsu) and the level was pretty good. In one instance I felt as if I was squished and walked it off as if nothing. During the afternoon I started feeling my left side of the chest feel tender in the middle to bottom half as if it was bruised inside. I have been applying Icy Hot and icing the area and resting. Doing any exercising or light weight provides a bit of discomfort. Doing a chest exercise doesn t hurt as bad as when I do a pulling exercise. What are your thoughts?
It could be due to confusion. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
