What Causes Tenderness And Cramps In The Breasts?

Hi, I m a 29 year old female. I had tubal clamps (hulks) put on 9 years ago. Periods usually normal. I m a week late for my period now. My breasts are tender and I have had mild cramps. I feel bloated. This afternoon I noticed I had a very small amount of blood in my underwear almost like my period but very light red. I have had unprotected sex with my husband lots. Do you think it s just a late period? Or should I take a home pregnancy test?

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Delayed periods .. brest soreness &slight blleding suggests possobility of pregnancy (though failure rate with laperoscopic ligetion is rare...&the symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance)
In case bleedong ceases & the symptoms increase.. yiu can go for home pregnancy test .. to exclude /confirm pregnancy.
