What Causes Tenderness And Burning Sensation In Abdomen?

History of E Poloroi bacteria. Constant feeling if tenderness and burning sensation in abdomen . Feeling of fullness and lack of appetite as well as constant weight loss. Burping, occasional diarrhea which is dark in color , watery and foul smelling. Ordinary stool looks brown and ok. Frequent nausea and fatigue. CBC done looks good, iron is ok, thyroid is fine and so is sugar. Gall bladder checked looks good. History of stress. Also history of depression and anxiety. On klinopin, Paxil and anti-acid for stomach. Concerned about lack of appetite and feeling of fullness. Also burping a bit. I did not see blood in stool or vomit but still am terrified that I may have some serious illness.

You have mentioned very specifically about E. poloroi bacteria.
Your symptoms of tenderness in abdomen, burning sensation in abdomen, feeling of fullness and lack of fullness and lack of appetite, weight loss and burping along with the history of depresion, anxiety and stress taking Klonopin, Paxil and antacids indicate a very complex problem.
The causes can be due to intestinal infection, super-added with the stress and anxiety causing like a IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome can be the cause.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Tests of stool, that you have not mentioned, noted the other normal tests of CBC, iron, thyroid are all fine.
Get a course of an antibiotic and probiotics which may help a lot.
Multivitamins, activated charcoal will help further.
Further tests of Ultrasonography may be needed.
Another important aspect is the consultation with the Psychiatrist for evaluation of the stress, anxiety and such problems and thus change or alter the medication to get the proper control so that the intestinal problems may get well controlled.
