What Causes Tender Spots On The Head, Heavy Eyes, Sore Neck With Acidity?

About once a month I experience tender spots on top of my head, heavy eyes, sore neck, burning in my sinus areas when I press on my face and a headache. Extremely tired feeling. I do take nexium for acid reflux, and a thyroid medicine.I have had a cat scan , scope down my throat and sleep study. Shows nothing but acid reflux. I believe these episodes are food related, any clue?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given history and symptoms could be indicative of migraine disease, some time it may be associated with frontal sinusitis.
Migraine is kind of functional disease, it may aggravated with the anxiety and depression, functional elements playing the crucial role in migraine, hyperacidity could be the cause of headache.
Try to change the life style, diet changes, stay away from the stress, try some exercise, avoid greasy food, spicy food, alcohol, smoking, try to get enough of sleep.
hope this information helps.
