What Causes Tear In Posterior Horn Of Medial Meniscus?

Dr. I did a MRI Scan due to Knee pain and using Olfen Tablets without Dr. Prescription, the moment I stop them I get sever pain. The MRI results are 1. Tear seen within Posterior horn of Medial meniscus 2. Right Knee Joint effusion 3 Grade 1 medial collateral ligament Sprain . Please explain my case and how I am to get a treatment

Surgical correction will be the best option. You can opt for arthroscopic repair. Consult an orthopaedic and he will direct you accordingly.
